The Ghana Police Service has apprehended 25 individuals linked to an assault on police officers in Kwahu Bepong, located in the Eastern Region. The incident, which involved the destruction of property, was confirmed in a Facebook post by the Police Service.

In response to the situation, a reinforcement team collaborated with local police to restore calm and normalize the situation in Kwahu Bepong.

Efforts are currently underway to apprehend additional suspects involved in the attack, ensuring that they face the appropriate legal consequences.
