Abdul-Razak Failatu, a Ghanaian chef, is currently in the midst of a Guinness World Record cook-a-thon in Tamale, Northern Region, which has entered its fifth consecutive day.
Commencing on the eve of the New Year in 2024, Chef Failatu is striving to set the record for the longest cooking marathon by an individual. Her ambitious goal is to cook continuously for an impressive 120 hours, aiming to surpass the existing Guinness cook-a-thon record held by Irish chef Alan Fisher, who cooked for a duration of 119 hours and 57 minutes.
